  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Prohibited Use: You must not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes or violate applicable laws.

6. Fees and Payments

  • For Customers: Payments for services are made through the Platform. Tap and Fix may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed before booking.
  • For Service Providers: Service Providers may be charged a platform fee for using Tap and Fix, which will be deducted from payments received.
  • Third-Party Payment Processors: Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms and policies.

7. User Responsibilities

For Customers:

  • You agree to provide accurate service details and make payments promptly.

For Service Providers:

  • You must have the necessary skills, certifications, and permits to perform services.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable labor, tax, and regulatory laws.

8. Dispute Resolution Between Users

Tap and Fix provides a dispute resolution process for Customers and Service Providers. However:

  • Tap and Fix is not responsible for disputes or unsatisfactory service outcomes.
  • Tap and Fix reserves the right to mediate disputes but does not guarantee resolution.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Providing false information or impersonating another person.
  • Circumventing the Platform by engaging in off-platform transactions for services introduced through Tap and Fix.
  • Engaging in harmful, abusive, or discriminatory behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including logos, trademarks, and content on the Platform, are owned by Tap and Fix or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without prior written consent.
